Your privacy and the security of your personal information are very important to us here at Tranzport Inc. (“Tranzport”, “us”, and “we”). This privacy policy (this “Policy”) covers our website located at www.tranzport.com and the associated mobile application (together, the “Site”), our offline activities, such as collection of information through telephone, or in person (our online and offline activities, together with the Site and all services provided therein or otherwise provided by Tranzport, collectively, the “Services”) and explains how we collect your personal information, how we protect your personal information, and the choices you have concerning the use of such information. We want you to be as comfortable as possible visiting our Site. Please read this Policy carefully. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. YOU CAN UPDATE OR CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can always contact us in order to: (1) update or correct your Personal Information; (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us; or (3) delete the Personal Information maintained about you on our systems, by logging onto our web site by using your user name and password. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not have an effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.
